COVID Safe Plan

 COVID SAFE DROP-OFF & PICK-UP PROCEDURES

Only enrolled students and staff are permitted to enter the Academy and only during their scheduled class time. No parents will be allowed in the Academy.

Students will be collected by their teacher at the start of their lesson, from the Birdwood Lane entrance.

Where possible students should arrive dressed & ready for their class. If students are arriving straight from school, they may enter the building 5mins before their lesson to change. Students must be able to dress themselves when they arrive.

At the end of their lesson, students will be brought back down the stairs to be collected from the Birdwood Lane entrance at Lane Cove Dance Academy

 SANITISING

All students & teachers will use hand sanitiser upon entering and exiting their studio.

Studios & common areas will be regularly cleaned by staff.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Inside we will continue to keep to one person per 4sqm.  Social distancing is still important, especially at pick up and drop off times. Please be mindful of maintaining space around you when and where possible.

STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE UNWELL

It is imperative that all staff, students, and parents DO NOT come to the studio if they are unwell or show even mild symptoms.

Class attendance rolls  will be used for contact tracing and record keeping of students at the studio.

MAKE UP LESSON

Should you be unable to attend your classes in person, you may be able to attend a make up lesson. Make Up lessons are restricted in Term 4 due to concert preparations. Please email the office to enquire.

Lane Cove Dance Academy teachers will be following our COVID-19 Safety Plan in order to keep all students & staff safe and healthy.
