Photo Day

Please find below the timetable for Photo Day on Sunday 30th November at Lane Cove Dance Academy

Full costume, hair & make-up is required for photos (younger students do not need to wear make-up). No underwear should be seen under costumes. Body stockings maybe be work but must not be visible. Costume & Hair details will be posted here soon.

Photos will be taken in the below order, students should arrive dressed in their first costume, with hair & make-up done. Students who attend more than one class should bring their additional costumes as well as everything they need to change hair style; pins, hairspray, hair brush etc.

The below time is the time students must be in the studio, ready to have their photo taken, not the time they arrive at Lane Cove Dance Academy. Please allow plenty of time to find a park as there will be lots of people coming and going from LCDA. Please note, that if a student arrives late, they may miss out on their class photo.

In each time slot we have allowed enough time for photos and for students to get changed into their different costumes. Teachers and senior/past students will be there to help younger students with their hair & changes.

Students will be signed in & out of the Academy at the bottom of the stairs. No parents will be allowed up the stairs on this day. There is just not enough room for everyone!

If you have not granted Lane Cove Dance Academy the right to use the visual and audio-visual recording of classes and rehearsals for the school’s marketing and publicity materials, websites and social media you will receive an email from the Academy.  On Photo Day your child will be included in a class photo but then be asked to step out of the group so that we can take a 2nd photo to use for future marketing and publicity, as well as on our website and social media accounts. We would appreciate if you could please explain this to your child before Photo Day so as not to make them upset on the day.
